Posting Policy

To keep uuStuff Classified a safe and trustworthy marketplace for everyone, all listings must follow the guidelines below. Listings that violate this policy may be rejected, removed, or result in account suspension.

1. Accurate Listings

1. Your title, description, price, and photos must accurately represent the item or service you're offering.
2. Do not use misleading titles, inflated claims, or stock photos that don't match the actual item.
3. List items in the correct category and city so buyers can find them easily.

2. Prohibited Items and Content

The following may never be posted on uuStuff Classified:

1. Illegal goods, services, or activities of any kind
2. Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
3. Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or controlled substances
4. Counterfeit or stolen goods
5. Recalled products or items that pose a safety hazard
6. Adult content or services
7. Live animals sold in violation of local laws or welfare standards
8. Any item or service that violates local, provincial, or federal law

3. One Listing Per Item

Please avoid posting duplicate listings for the same item. If you need to make changes, edit your existing listing instead of creating a new one. Repeated duplicate postings may be removed.

4. Pricing

1. List a fair, honest price for your item.
2. If the price is negotiable or contact-based, you may select "Please Contact" instead of a fixed price.
3. Do not use unrealistically low prices simply to attract clicks.

5. Photos

1. Use clear, well-lit photos of the actual item you're selling.
2. Do not use images that you don't have the rights to use.
3. Photos containing personal information (ID documents, license plates, faces of people who haven't consented) should be avoided or blurred.

6. Respectful Communication

All messages between buyers and sellers should remain respectful and on-topic. Harassment, threats, spam, or repeated unwanted contact will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7. No Spam or Unrelated Advertising

1. Do not post listings solely to advertise an unrelated business, website, or service.
2. Do not flood the marketplace with repetitive or irrelevant listings.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Every new listing is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates this policy, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

9. Reporting a Listing

If you come across a listing that appears to violate this policy, please use the "Report Listing" button on the listing page. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Posting Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or local regulations. Continued use of uuStuff Classified after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
